|Steve Albrecht||Steve Albrecht is nationally known for his books on police officer safety and tactics, including Contact & Cover: Two-Officer Suspect Control, which is still in print since its publication in 1992. At both the Academy and in-service levels, he has taught training programs on domestic violence investigations, stalking investigations, workplace and school violence response, active shooter, police stress management, and police suicide prevention. He worked for the San Diego (CA) Police Department for 15 years, as a patrol officer, Domestic Violence Unit investigator, and a reserve sergeant. His 24 books include Patrol Cop; Tactical Perfection for Street Cops; Surviving Street Patrol; Streetwork; and his latest, The Police Professional: 60 Ways to Lead."|
|Charles Alexander||Charles Alexander started with the Springfield Police Department in 2004 after graduating from Evangel University in 2002 with honors with a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Management. From 2004 through 2017, He worked in Patrol, Community Service Section, Financial Crimes as a Detective, Special Investigation Unit as a detective and part time member of the Special Response team (SRT/SWAT). In 2017, he was promoted to Sergeant and supervised a patrol squad for 3 years before becoming the Supervisor for Internal Affairs until present. Some of his specialist designations are Field Training Officer, Drug Recognition Expert, Major Crimes Investigator, and Patrol Rifle/Less Lethal munitions certified.
|Kevin Babin||Native of Louisiana, resides in Nixa, Missouri. Kevin and his wife, Karla, have 4 adult children, Kyla Babin Mortenson, Josiah, Aubree, and Bethany and 4 grandchildren.
Started signing approximately in 1977.
Served in a variety of roles, (Lifeguard, Counselor, Head counselor, Speaker), at Assemblies of God Deaf Camps across the nation since 1978.
1981-1984 Lived and traveled with Deaf people in Music, Drama, Sign Language, Mime, Ministry team throughout the USA and 13 other countries. Presently has been to more than 30 countries, & lived with Deaf people in many settings.
Ministry Team Leader in overseas ministry, working with AG Missionaries and national AG representatives working with Deaf people in Nigeria, West Africa, and Managua, Nicaragua.

|Dr. Paul Gorski||Paul is the founder of the Equity Literacy Institute and EdChange. He has more than 20 years of experience helping educators, nonprofit workers, and others strengthen their equity efforts. He has worked with educators in 48 states and a dozen countries. Paul has published more than 70 articles and has written, co-written, or co-edited twelve books on various aspects of educational equity including Reaching and Teaching Students in Poverty: Strategies for Erasing the Opportunity Gap and Case Studies on Diversity and Social Justice Education(with Seema Pothini). He is the author of the Multicultural Pavilion, an online compendium of free resources for educators. Paul earned a PhD in Educational Evaluation at the University of Virginia. He was a teacher educator at several universities for 15 years. He is also a published poet, a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and the biggest fan of Buster, his cat.|
|JJ Goulbourne||JJ is currently Training Coordinator for CoxHealth Public Safety & Security and a Commissioned Deputy Sheriff. He was formerly the Executive Director of the Center for National Threat Assessment / American Board for Certification in Homeland Security. Prior to that he was the IT Manager for the Barry-Lawrence Regional Library District. He has been with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office for the past 10 years. Prior to that, he was the Investigator and System Administrator with the Christian County Prosecutor’s Office. He previously worked for the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office for 5 years as System Administrator and 1 of 3 Investigators, and a Reserve Deputy with the Greene County Sheriff’s Office assigned to the Training Division as a Firearms Instructor.
He spent 4 years as an IT Technician with the Greene County Information Systems Department. He has a total of 23 years law enforcement experience. Previous law enforcement experience includes: Lieutenant with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office as Reserve Division Commander, Patrol Officer with the Monett Police Department, Patrol Corporal, DARE Officer, Crime Prevention Officer and School Resource Officer for the Aurora Police Department, Patrol Officer with the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida Police Dept., and Reserve Officer with Ft. Walton Beach, Florida Police Dept.
He is a Military Veteran with 16 years Military experience. He served 6 years on active duty with the United States Air Force and 10 years with the Missouri Army National Guard. He also has several IT related certifications. He has several law enforcement certifications to include: Generalist Instructor (Missouri Sheriffs Training Academy), Firearms Instructor, SWAT Officer certification through the North American SWAT Training Association. Additionally he serves as Website Administrator for the Missouri Law Enforcement Funeral Assistance Team and the Missouri State Investigators Association. He recently received his Certified Healthcare Security Supervisor (CHSS) certification from the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety.
|Kevin Holle||Kevin is a law enforcement professional with 30 years' experience in civilian and military law enforcement. He began his career with the Monett Police Department as a patrol officer, and retired from the Springfield Police Department in 2016 after assignments in patrol, vice/gang investigations, community policing, and the training division/range operations. He previously served as the chief ranger for the Springfield-Greene County Park Ranger unit and taught basic military/leadership studies at Missouri State with the ROTC Bear Battalion. He is a retired Military Police Corps first sergeant with varying overseas deployments. He received a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from Missouri Southern State University and holds a Masters's Degree in Criminology from Drury University where he continues to teach as an adjunct instructor within the Law Enforcement Academy.|
|Roger Martin||Roger retired from the Air Force in 2001 and began his new career with the Highway Patrol at Troop E Radio in Poplar Bluff the same year. In 2008, he was appointed as the Communications Division Training Coordinator and moved to Jefferson City. He facilitates the training of newly hired Patrol Operators and provides continuing education to veteran operators. He is also a POST certified specialty instructor training newly hired Troopers and other agency responders on Patrol radio procedures. Roger has served as co-chair of the Missouri Professional Training Partnership since 2010 and undoubtedly his primary focus continues to be the training and education of professionals within public safety communications. He and his wife, DeAnn, enjoy traveling, singing every chance they get, and working in community theatre. They share four sons, two daughters-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters.|
|Heather Miller||Heather Miller is an Assistant Prosecutor in the Camden County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Originally from Alaska, Heather spent her youth guiding in the mountains and on the Gulf of Alaska, which led to her first career as a boat captain. Heather and her husband sailed all over the country before deciding to attend law school at the University of Alabama. After graduation they moved back to her husband's home state of Missouri and settled down in Camdenton with their two children. Since 2011, Heather has successfully prosecuted and tried a wide variety of cases. In the past, she has specialized in alcohol cases and cases involving reconstructions. Finally, she was an instructor in the Camden County Sheriff's Academy since 2012, and continues to provide ongoing training as requested by local law enforcement.|
|David Millsap||Sheriff David Millsap has worked in the criminal justice field for 36-years. He received a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration and Broadcasting and Film from Central Mo. State University. Millsap holds a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Tiffin University. He is also a graduate of the Northwestern University Police Staff and Command College and the Police Executive Research Forum's Senior Management Institute. Millsap retired as a Captain with the Springfield Mo. Police Department his final assignment was serving as a Division Commander in Criminal Investigations. At the rank of Captain he has also served as the South District Patrol Commander prior to his return to head the Criminal Investigations Division. At the rank of lieutenant he commanded the Traffic Section, Special Investigations Section (Narcotics/Gang Units), and the Criminal Investigations Section. As a sergeant he served as the Springfield Police Department's Training Director and has served as a supervisor in the Patrol Section and Community Service Section. Millsap is currently past President of the Missouri Investigators Association and served on the Board of Directors of the American College of Forensic Examiners Registered Investigators.. Millsap was an adjunct instructor in Leadership, Organizational Law and Policy, and Case Preparation for Drury University and has taught Criminal Investigations at Evangel University. Prior to his appointment to the Springfield Police Department he served ten years as a Deputy Juvenile Officer in 26th Circuit Court and also served as a reserve deputy sheriff in Laclede County, Missouri.
Millsap was elected Sheriff of Laclede County, Missouri in 2016, and took office in January 2017.

|Claudia Roshto||Claudia Roshto is an Instructor with a professional background that includes being a Crime Victim Advocate for the Independence, MO Police Department/Investigations Unit. On-call First Responder to Violent crime scenes skilled in crisis intervention and comprehensive advocacy services. Ms. Roshto has worked with the Attorney General's Office, FBI, Immigration, and the Missouri Department of Corrections. Past Vice-President of MOVA and author of a P.O.S.T Certified Training for Law Enforcement on Advocacy.|
|Christina Ryder||Christina Ryder graduated with a Master of Arts in Social Science with a concentration in Demographic and Social Analysis from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Vanguard University of Southern California. Christina has been a grant writer for over 14 years and, as a fundamental area of expertise, has been successful in securing millions of dollars in foundation, corporate and federal requests for multiple non-profit organizations, coalitions, and grass-root projects world wide. She has served in various capacities within non-profit organizations including in direct service, administrative, training, conference, and academic research review capacities. An activist at heart, Christina has dedicated most of her personal research and volunteer efforts to addressing the needs faced by at-risk youth, those affected by poverty, and women and children victims of violence. In addition to her role at The Grantwell, LLC, Christina is a Sociology Instructor, GO LEAD Coordinator, and Assistant Director of the Center for Social Science and Public Policy Research at Missouri State University.|

|Skyler Viebrock||Skyler Viebrock has been in law enforcement for over 10 years where he served as the Sergeant over the jail in Morgan County and the training coordinator. He has reserved with Stover Police Department the last 4 and a half years and recently taken employment at Moniteau County Sheriff's Office as a Lieutenant and training coordinator. He is a Missouri POST Generalist instructor along with a Specialist in firearms, use of force, report writing. Skyler is a nationally certified as an active threat instructor through Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, and also Active Shooter instructor through Louisiana State University. He is a certified instructor to teach ALICE, TASER, LASER, ASP, OC, and Glock Armorer.|
